The municipal ombudsman in Rotterdam can be contacted by telephone from 09.00 to 12.00 on working days and with the exception of public holidays. If you have questions about your complaint, please call us on:

Please call this number if you wish to make an appointment to explain your complaint in person of need consultation before doing so. Please note that due to the outbreak of the CIVID-19 virus, possibilities for meetings in person are limited.

The office of the municipal ombudsman is easy to reach by public (tram, bus and metro) and private transport. There are parking spaces on the street (please note that these spaces can only be paid for by debit or credit card) and in the nearby Sint Jacobsplaats (Binnenrotte 15), Bijenkorf (Aert van Nessstraat 16) and Plaza (Kruisstraat 13) car parks.

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 there are measures in place that help to stop the spread of this virus. Therefore visits to the office of the ombudsman are restricted. If you want to speak to the ombudsman or one of his employees please call +31 (0)10 411 1600 (mo-fri, 09.00 – 16.00h).
